Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales and relationship of an assigned portfolio of leisure accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts as well as enrolling new clients

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to generate marketing collateral
  • Compile and deliver a weekly corporate newsletter
  • Handle after sales incoming calls & emails efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

Aviation Manager (Job Ref Op1)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor and motivate the UK & India team
  • Airline contract & offer negotiations knowledge
  • Help the reservation team maximise every sales opportunity, whilst maintaining the highest levels of service and quality within a customer focused environment
  • Manage the customer service department & deal with customer complaints via incoming calls/emails efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  • Accountability for team performance, including coaching and development of team members individual performances & taking action as appropriate
  • Lead a weekly "Leads & New Business" meeting for pitches, ideas and new company proposals for the team to take on -  Manage and track all relevant follow ups.

Seo Executive (Job Ref: SEOEF)

 
 

You’ll be working independently in a part of a SEO team on reporting and analysis for the Non Paid channel and supporting SEO efforts across our sites. As an SEO Executive you’ll have a passion for SEO, be a creative thinker and be confident with managing link building campaigns and on page SEO initiatives.

Main Tasks

  • Develop, deploy and manage strategic link acquisition campaigns, working alongside internal teams and external partners, being the focal point in the development and delivery of such campaigns.
  • Monitor and report content requirements to assist with link building campaigns or on-site SEO.
  • Facilitate the production of link worthy, useful content and community outreach, working with other internal teams or external agencies/suppliers as relevant.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor SEO, link building and social media strategy.
  • Suggest tactical changes as a result of your observations.

Reservations Ticketing Agent

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and issue the airline reservation tickets of both the assigned Leisure & Business accounts within deadlines
  • Managing online bookings made through the website & maximise conversion.
  • Issue all variable fares, refunds and re-validations for tickets purchased as necessary
  • Arrange & issue EMD’s for excessive baggage, seat reservations and similar situations
  • Processing automated ticket refunds (e.g. cancellations) through BSP or GDS.
  • Help resolve problems related to ticketing, waitlists, seat selection, special requirements, cancellations and upgrade quotes where necessary
  • Monitor queues and work alongside schedule changes. Respond to clients in a timely manner for changes/cancellations on their flight reservations
  • Investigating and responding to ADM's - Ensuring the follow up of any ADM's is carried out as required.
  • Support accounts in dealing with invoicing queries and discrepancies & liaise with airlines where necessary.
  • Managing and distributing special fares to the relevant internal departments
  • Out of call service in case of emergencies

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in a GDS – Worldspan & Amadeus
  • Must have a minimum 12 months experience in Airlines Fares & Ticketing .
